Pastor Craig & Paula Caylor
Pastor Craig is the Lead Pastor of All Nations Church and an ordained Bishop within the Church of God, headquartered in Cleveland, TN. With over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience and 15 years in business management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Pastor Craig is also an elected member of the Virginia Church of God State Council.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education from Lee University and a Master of Divinity from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. His passion is to help people experience the grace of Jesus Christ and the joy of Spirit-filled living.
Paula serves as the Administrative Assistant for All Nations Church and is currently the leader of the ANC Worship Team. She loves leading people into the presence of God through worship. Paula also facilitates the EmpowHer Life Group and enjoys spending time with the women of All Nations. Additionally, she is a member of the Virginia Church of God Women's Ministries Board and enjoys singing with the VACOG Music Team.

Pastor Samuel Caylor
Pastor Samuel serves as the Associate Pastor at All Nations Church, where he oversees the Discipleship, Next Steps and Media ministries and acts as the Musical Director for ANC Worship. He is passionate about bringing people into God’s presence and helping them deepen their understanding of Him. Samuel facilitates the Koinonia Life Group and is currently leading the Young Adult Ministry at ANC.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Theology from Lee University and a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. Samuel is also an Ordained Minister with the Church of God.
With ten years of experience playing the piano, Samuel enjoys writing songs and teaching others. He is a member of the Virginia Church of God Music Team and volunteers at the VACOG Youth Camp. Additionally, Samuel is competitive and enjoys playing basketball and games with friends.

Pastor Tracey & Brad Cummins
Pastor Tracey serves as the All Nations Church Kids Pastor. She has spent her life working with children of all ages. As a paraprofessional, she has 18 years of experience with Elementary, Middle, and High School students in Special Education. Tracey recently started a Pregnancy Resource Center in Independence, Virginia, where she supports families raising young children and teaches fetal development during pregnancy.
Tracey and her husband, Brad, joined ANC in 2018 and have served in various ministries. Brad currently serves on the ANC Safety Team and has participated in many church events. Tracey has been a faithful member of the ANC Worship Team. She enjoys studying the entire Bible, especially Hebrew history, the Torah, and the Jewish culture of Jesus, our Messiah. She has fallen in love with her life group, the Hebrew Roots of Christianity. Serving children and families in many ways over the years has truly been a joy for Tracey. Pastor Tracey is a credentialed minister with the Church of God.
Brad and Tracey recently celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. They have three wonderful children, two cherished in-law children, and eight precious grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family. Tracey enjoys making crafts and crocheting.

Pastor Dylan & Kara Armes
Pastor Dylan Armes has been serving as the All Nations Church Youth Pastor since the summer of 2023. He is an Ordained Minister with the Church of God. Before joining ANC, Dylan worked as an interim youth minister and worship leader. He feels a strong calling to ministry and is passionate about investing in the younger generation.
Dylan and his wife, Kara, met at Radford University, where both graduated with bachelor's degrees in business administration. Kara currently works as the Ph.D. program coordinator at Virginia Tech. In addition to supporting the ANC Youth alongside her husband, she enjoys volunteering with the ANC Kids and ANC Media teams. Pastor Dylan is an active member of the ANC Worship team, where he loves playing the electric guitar or drums. Dylan is also a licensed Financial Coach with Financial Peace University. Both Dylan and Kara are eager to learn, teach, and grow with the youth of ANC and their families.

Byron & Vickie Schram
Byron has been attending All Nations Church since August 2017. During his time at ANC, he has actively participated in various serve teams, including Serve Day and Food 4 Families. Currently, Byron serves as the Men's Ministries Coordinator and chairs the Building and Maintenance Team.
Vickie has been a member of ANC since April 2015. Like Byron, she has also taken part in Serve Day and Food 4 Families. Vickie has served as a café attendant and as a member of the Medical Team. She is currently the Hospitality Director for ANC and assists with church media presentations and social media posts as needed.
Byron and Vickie were married in 2018 and enjoy spending time with their five children and two grandchildren. They are also excited to welcome another grandchild soon and look forward to spoiling her.
